Online Submission of Visa Application Form


In order to further facilitate visa applicants the High Commission of India, Singapore announces the introduction of a system for online submission of visa applications for nationals of all countries with effect from May 7, 2011.

Visa applicants may apply at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/ and complete the application online after carefully going through the instructions (click here). 

Please note that online submission is to be followed by submission of a print out of the application along with valid Passport, requisite fees and other documents at any one of the Service Providers mentioned below:

 If you wish to seek any clarification regarding the online submission of your visa application, please contact Assistant Consular Officer (visa@hcisingapore.org) or contact Telephone-Enquiry No. +65 62382550. The existing system will also function concurrently with online submission of visa application for sometime.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. While applying online, for registering your name the first field is “SURNAME” and the second field is “GIVEN NAME”. If the passport has no surname then please leave this field blank. 
  2. For Singapore citizens/PR’s please fill in the NRIC Number in the ‘Citizenship/National ID No.’ slot.
  3. Information regarding Marital Status (after furnishing details regarding Mother) pertains to the applicant.
  4. While filling the salary figure, S$ is implied.
